Hi there,
bei der aktuellen Lawn Fawnatics Challenge "Spectacular Skies" dreht sich alles um den Himmel. Ich habe dazu eine Reveal Wheel Karte gestaltet, bei der es von Sonnenaufgang über den Sonnenuntergang zum Mondaufgang und Monduntergang wechselt um wieder bei Sonnenaufgang anzukommen. Dafür habe ich den Mond und die Sonne aus dem brandneuen Center Picture Window Card Stanzen-Set und den Halbkreis-Einsatz für das Reveal Wheel verwendet. Passend dazu habe ich die beiden größeren Critter aus dem Upon a Star Stempelset verwendet.
Das restliche Kartendesign ist mir allerdings recht schwer gefallen, da ich keinen passenden Hintergrund finden konnte auch keine Farbe wirklich passen wollte. Ich habe schlussendlich den neuen Stitched Speech Bubble Hintergrund verwendet. Passt nicht so ganz zum Thema, aber ich finde die Stanze so toll.. O:)

The current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge "Spectacular Skies" is all about the sky. I've designed a Reveal Wheel card that changes from sunrise to sunset to moonrise and moonset to arrive again at sunrise. For that I used the moon and the sun from the brand new Center Picture Window Card die set and the semicircle add-on for the Reveal Wheel. I also used the two larger critters from the Upon a Star stamp set.
The rest of the card design, however, was quite difficult for me, because I could not find a suitable background and no color really wanted to fit. I finally used the new Stitched Speech Bubble background. It does not fit quite the topic, but I like the die so much... O:)
